Lowrey joined JE Dunn in 2022 and has since played an integral role in the design, creation, and growth of the firm\u2019s Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). She leads human capital strategy for AFG and several other business units in her role and influences workforce initiatives across a national footprint of more than 1,300 employees and nearly $2 billion in company revenue.<\/p>\n
\u201cAFG is certainly a mover and shaker within JE Dunn. We really want to push the envelope and to do new and different things which can be challenging, but it makes us better builders and better for our clients,\u201d Lowrey said.<\/p>\n
Lowrey credits her experience in JE Dunn\u2019s 12-month senior leadership program for further empowering her to drive leadership development, workforce planning, and engagement strategies that fuel long-term success.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Lowrey volunteers with several nonprofits and serves as a board member for Saint Luke\u2019s Foundation, blending her dedication to community impact with her passion for advancing healthcare after more than a decade working with Oracle, formerly Cerner Corporation, earlier in her career.
